30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. To start a return, email us at support@sondlyaudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not working properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Change of mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different product or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale.
