Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a complete physical address at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes an estimated 7-12 business days. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) delivery may take a few extra days.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to show updates.

Holiday orders: To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your address.
